RIGHT OF FREE TERMINATION OF CONTRACT

Within a period of 15 consecutive days after the date of receipt of the products, the buyer may terminate the contract, without the need for justification and without any penalty. To do so, you must notify Brasão Rosa to the e-mail info@brasaorosa.pt of your decision to terminate the contract, indicating the necessary data to identify the purchase.

To exercise the right of free withdrawal, the buyer must send the products in perfect condition to the address Rua Sebastião e Silva 67,69 - 2745-838 Queluz, within a period of 14 consecutive days from the date on which he communicated his decision to withdraw of the contract.

The returned item must be intact and without any marks/damage from use. The buyer will have to send the packaging, manuals and other accessories included together with the item, in perfect condition; as well as the purchase invoice.

Brasão Rosa will reimburse the buyer for the item to be returned. However, the buyer will bear the direct costs of returning the products, such as shipping costs.

The refund will be made as soon as possible and always within 30 days of notification, whenever possible using the same payment channel that was made for the purchase.

The refund will always be made in favor of the person who made the payment (identified as the holder of the credit card used in the purchase or the holder of the account from which the bank transfer used for the purchase was made).

In the case of personalized products, it is not possible to withdraw, that is, there will be no refund of the payment, as they are goods made according to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized, in accordance with paragraph c) of article 16 of DIRECTIVE 2011/83/ EU OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 25 October 2011; and with paragraph c) of article 17 of Decree-Law no. 24/2014, of 14 February, which partially transposes Directive no. 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council, of 25 October 2011.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES.

The buyer must notify Brasão Rosa to the email info@brasaorosa.pt, indicating the order number, copy of the invoice, photograph of the product in question and description of the problem.

The products of the original order that intend to be exchanged must be sent to the address Rua Sebastião e Silva 67,69 - 2745-838 Queluz. The exchange or refund will only be made after checking the condition of the product.

The refund will be made as soon as possible after notification and return of the initial order, whenever possible using the same payment channel that was made for the purchase.

The refund will always be made in favor of the person who made the payment (identified as the holder of the credit card used in the purchase or the holder of the account from which the bank transfer used for the purchase was made).
